Nah I feel bad for them, but at the same time I'm just like. Astounded at how someone could even physically do that like I'd actually puke if I consumed 25% of what I see on that show. Even with all the other factors and the food addiction it's like "how the hell is someone able to do that and never even puke from overeating?" It's also why competitive eaters bewilder me.
