In the same order as tracklist or did you mess with the order too? I was thinking of deleting die4u ngl, idk why they put a 3 year old single on it.

I didn’t bother messing with the track order.

this is surprisingly enjoyable. pretty good working in of pop here with the heaviness. maybe about as good as you can do it. few nice linkin park rip offs here. closer absolutely STINKS though lol

This is actually probably my favorite work of theirs. Kingslayer in particular goes hard

2 songs in, why does this suck so much

Maybe because they're a pop band pretending to be heavy?

Making good pop rock/pop metal requires skill, y'know. Take Coheed & Cambria and Spiritbox, they know how to do it well.

I am not sure anyone would consider Coheed metal...

Wanted to put it as "pop rock AND/OR pop metal", ultimately settled on the latter half only and that was a mistake. Imma edit to clear it up, rock can be heavy as well.
The small point is, Coheed have a fuck ton of poppy stuff that could be framed as "pop pretending to be heavy" but in their case it actually works.
The big point is, ridiculing a band for the sheer fact of having pop inspirations and not for the actual way they incorporate those inspirations into their music is idiotic.

If Welcome Home is your only frame of reference it fits
