Thinking 4.5 at the moment, will decide in a few weeks after many relistens. For my tastes only IW can match it.

The only proper way to lift is to take enough preworkout to kill a horse and then blast Dillinger over the gym speakers. If you don't do that then you probably don't do legs either smh

I used to lift to heavy music but it's almost too distracting sometimes. Some good douchey EDM jams is the way to go

I remember reading Greg saying how benching is for gym retards. Always found that funny
|

Yeah, I remember that too. He also insinuated that a lot of Dillinger fans were gay for wanting to know his workout routine.

Kinda makes you wonder what Greg is going to do now that DEP is over. I can't really see him doing the shit he does live with other bands.

My strategy in the gym is to blast something heavy like grind or DM during work sets, but to listen to super chilled out shit like the national in between sets or during warmups. Get max performance when needed and avoid using all your adrenaline in between sets
|

Maybe they'll split in 2 like a Mars Volta/Sparta type thing but probs not

Yeah that sounds wise. Although I've moved from the heavy shit to chilled EDM during my working sets, sometimes if I have too much adrenaline going my form breaks down during the compounds because I'm not as focused.
