Good Vibrations, West Coast of America, burgers, shakes and one of those magnificent surf wagons driving through and stopping off at the beaches of Southern California.
Modern Life is Rubbish.

it is almost unbelievable how good this is, so ridiculously sincere, melancholic and spiritual at the same time. The run from You Still Believe In Me to I'm Waiting For The Day just hits me so damn hard every time.

Something about its whimsy seems sickly to me somehow but it's still an amazing album

It's wild to me now this is considered a a legendary classic and yet people seen to still only think of the Beach Boys as the silly surfing USA guys. This album is simultaneously slept on and also held tothe same esteem as DSOTM and Sgt Pepper by the public at large, which makes it hard to call underrated despite how little people seem to even know this album exists in my experience
