yah i prefer the chonkier guitars & them being louder in the mix. cymbals get too loud in the original (see: nebulous intro) and jens just sounds better here with the extra fx. overall i find the colder, mechanical sound works better for this album. if they remastered chaosphere or dei w/ this style it wouldn't work
