The last of my top 3 favorite gojira albums...although I'll put it at number 2 (yeah, From Mars to Sirius takes the bronze, I'm sorry).

This is like almost at the bottom to me, but still a great album

In my case, Flesh, From Mars and The Link are top 3, all 5's

For me from best to worst:

Flesh

Sirius

Link

Magma

This

Terra

I know there might be some contention about Terra being the worst for me, but it's mostly because the band were still in the more formative stages back then... and plus, they weren't really the best at cutting out the filler at the time. Still a great album though... no Gojira record is below a 3.5 for me

Woooaa color me surprised. I think I d rate just like that cause my love for link is huuuuuge. Your first 2 are my fives. Also showing our balls by putting Magma ahead of this. Kiss&luv. No gojira is below 4 for me.

For sure man. To me, The Link, FMTS, and WOAF have always been the pinnacle of Gojira's work. The Link might seem like the odd man out, but I see it as their version of Queen II... the most experimental, strange, off-the-wall album in their discog, and that's why I love it

There s like this earthy concept that matches that dry sound and mix. For me its as if the album is breathing you feel it?

Sounds like a plan, I'm still very sucked into that Blinfolded and led to the woods, but hope to cover them all untill the end of the week.

Yeah, Nocte's review and interview have me quite intrigued about them. I'll have to check them out at some point

And speaking of which, I've got an interview coming on the horizon myself >:]

Yeah man I know! Thats awesome. I've asked you on casual s thread, but either didn t see it or obviously did not want to tell us yet (which I can understand)

"I'll have to check them out at some point" consider that "point" to be "asap" lol

Oh shit sorry, I didn't see the replies to that! It's gonna be Pupil Slicer :] I'll be doing it via Zoom, and I should have everything posted by the end of the weekend as long as I can transcribe it all to text quickly enough
