I first saw them in 2000 and they weren't as tight as they are now, but it was an insane show to watch. Saw them with Mudvayne, Disturbed and Marilyn Manson - year 2000 Lucca was losing his mind

PS - I saw them first I think in 2004 (if not before) - they had that cool "jump da fuck up" feature with the crowd, on spit it out I think.

Lucca, looks like you and I are both old farts — I was going to concerts in 2000 as well. Still in my 30s though. Not THAT old, fuckers!

"they still do the "jump the fuck up" thing" oooh shit! I'd say that there are bands that kind of grow with the fans, and other bands that are stuck with the same age fans. Just imagine a massive crowd full of mid 30's going down on their knees and then jumping at the same time when they are told.

PS: My age is equal to Lucca's rating with no dot X)

They've been confirmed to be headliner at my country's big metal fest next year
I don't really like anything past the first 2 albums safe for a song here or there, but live they're always a blast m/

Yeah, they're headlining with Tool at Download Fest over in the UK.

Which could mean that we could (perhaps) expect Tool at the festival as well
If that's the case it's gonna be a long ass wait until June 2019

First two albums had a whole different energy and atmosphere to all of their later shit. I might bump this, and bring down my rating for Vol 3 - I liked that more when it came out but now, ehhh - missing that unique Slipknot style and energy

Taylor's growls sound like a drowning raccoon on Vol 3

And it's got ballads??!! On a fucking "Slipknot" album????!!!
