By best I'm meaning/referring to sheer amount of entertainment, people, sound, drugs, alcohol,
and lights.
Might not be some people's idea of a party, for a vast majority of younger people around the world
however, it is.

I can understand, I get a kick out of the lights personally (apparently I'm extremely tolerant to strobes). I really like seeing people enjoy themselves, and luckily the night I attend here has more poi and firespinners than bros in flat billed caps.
The chicks, yeah the chicks can be cute.

In my opinion this has to be the only decent release from skrillex. The first album had only one song
that I liked (well technically 2, With Your Friends and the song before that, which is pretty much
just a buildup for With Your Friends..). This release has a more of variety, and also a different
version of "With Your Friends". I do think there're too many remixes, but atleast they bring something
new to the table sound wise (and yeah, they do sound nice, not bad or anything). After this release
however, I feel skrillex has been only downhill (for me), which is a shame because I had some
expectations for him after hearing this release/album for the first time. Following his downfall, it
seems some other electro artists (some can be considered great electro artists imo) followed his suit
on the journey of wobble, which I find unfortunate seeing how some of them have failed to execute it
properly..

"Thats what I said, like LITERALLY I died laughing. He think allot of bass is dubstep so yea...I just think its all techno. "
So you laugh at him for thinking it's all dubstep but it's fine that you throw it all under techno which is a subgenre of electronic music just like dubstep?
|
| |
Ain't heard no soundtrack, probably don't wanna
|
| |
All giving a shit about what is or isn't considered dubstep aside, Jetset Radio Future was a righteous video game.
|
| |
Yeah the game was pretty cool

''So you laugh at him for thinking it's all dubstep but it's fine that you throw it all under techno which is a subgenre of electronic music just like dubstep?''
I laughed at him because he must have not of listened to the soundtrack because it sounds nothing like his definition of what Dubstep is. Soudtrack is actually awesome. One of the reason I think the game was soo good was because of the soundtrack.
Though I don't know what dubstep really is I guess. Since sooo many people say its not REAL dubstep an etc. Subgenres just confuse shit if you ask me.
