And I'm gonna start calling you "INCORRECT"
This is still pretty good for a band's 2nd worst album though

I dig Reflektor. I used to like it more than this too, but I think this is actually more consistent.

I always though Arcade Fire was too dorky and earnest to pull off sleek, dancey disco

I always go between a 3.5/4 for Reflektor, but this has stayed at a 3.5 forever. They're pretty close though.
I don't know how long I can say "The Suburbs is Arcade Fire's second worst album" for, since apparently they've gone off the deep end. So I'm getting my licks in while I can. Please respect this old man's request, thank you and have a good day.

The t/t is their greatest song though. Discuss

Ugh t/t is fantastic, there's just this magic to it. There's 2 or 3 tracks from Funeral I'd probably put above it tho.

This is second best after Funeral. No idea what their next album will be but if it's at least as good as Reflektor I'll be happy.

I agree with Sandwich with this being their second-worst, though I like it quite a bit.

It's definitely my favorite of theirs. Just hit me at a special time in my life and became a staple in my rotation that year along with all kinds of other good new shit that Sputnik introduced me to (well I was already familiar with Arcade Fire, Funeral was great and I was obsessed with "Rebellion (Lies)" one summer).
I totally understand those that think Funeral is their best but I lean towards this one. I find it an easier listen in a lot of ways than Funeral can be at times. Plus I think the title track and "Sprawl II" are easily two of their best songs.
