I wasn't expecting a positive review.

I like these guys before, but if it's getting ratings as good as this it has to be amazing.

I'll check it out tomorrow.

Finally got around to listening to most of the album, here are my impressions:

- The vocals of Tim Lambesis are, I think, much better than before.

- Lyrics aren't as good as they could have been, but hey, at least it's not Bullet for My Valentine, right?

- As for the overall sound, it sounds like they've taken whatever metalcore was left on An Ocean Between Us and tossed it out the window. Otherwise, not much of a change. I like it, it's fast and heavy, but I expected a bit more change.

- It's certainly not as bad as some people are saying it is. It just sounds a bit more uninspired than Ocean. Overall I think I like Ocean better, but it's still about a thousand times better than older albums.

It's sad that this bands name is 'As I lay Dying' I mean if your going to make crappy music at least name yourself after a crappy novel not after a good one. As I lay Dying should switch names with Twilight It would be way more fitting.
