I don’t think he hates his fans. It is more geared toward a select few that stalk him and know his real name, whereas he wants to be remain hidden behind the mask. There’s a video of a fan shouting his real name at the end of a concert and he ends up flipping them off, which honestly, I would have done the same thing.

I get why they're doing it - I've thought about doing an anonymous project myself, where it's centered more around the music than the people making it, some people just don't like the attention of their identity being super public but still want to contribute to the musical world it's not a big deal lol
