Literally the entire album is about how sexual trauma in the black community has been passed down for generations and that healing and forgiveness is required to move forward. Kodak is perfect for that feature. You seen the way Kodak's mama makes out with him? He aint right for a reason.

i definitely think part of it is the controversy, you dont just get 0.85 and the most ratings of your career (rym avg) without something being up
as for the other comment, it often just feels like in these circles, and wider social media in general, that people just let this stuff get swept under the rug. i remember when capsize tried to come back, immediately it got shut down. but that feels like the exception, not the rule.
