I think metalcore can be a lot of different things at this point, the genre thing is silly imo because if you call them hardcore then people will say no they’re metalcore and vice versa

Yeah I think this ep is very good but I prefer their more melodic stuff specially since this kinda overlaps with END and there’s no other band that sounds quite like the melodic hardcore metalcore fusion version of counterparts or at least none that do it as well
