I find criticisms along the lines of 'metalcore isn't relevent anymore, has all been done before, band hasn't changed, mainstream genre etc' meaningless; this album is successful because it displays ABR's sound at its best, whilst they experiment a bit along the way (Creative Captivity). Judging the music by the context of its time is bloody foolish - as far as I'm concerned, if it sounds good, it's good, if it's been done before, it's still good but not impressive through originality
