I guess deathcore wasn’t the right word. I just mean when they go straight-up heavy with literally nothing going on but heaviness. Songs like Aligator Blood particularly annoyed me beyond belief. I’d have to relisten to it again to come up with more examples, as it’s been a few months, but...
