I hear you on that, I was shocked at Oli's performance he was a beast live.

I saw him a month or two ago at Soundwave. He was so winded he had to skip every second line in the songs, and even then, he sounded airy and weak. Jona actually stepped in to save his ass quite a few times.



Compare that to Phil Labonte, who blew away all me expectations of him being sub-par live. Everything he did was spot-on and powerful, and he only began to drop in intensity slightly towards the end of the show.

hmmm this deserves a higher rating I'd say a 3.5-4/5. Hey you complain of generic sounding metalcore in this record there are FAR more generic bands out there these days e.g. sea of treachery, miss may i, motionless in white etc... This album, in my opinion shows a new direction in metalcore.
There's my 2 cents.
