the 2002 remaster of this has perfect production, for some reason the original CD is compressed

yea one of the best sounding cd's i own. it all went pear shaped on the next record tho! what a dull sounding record rain dances is, the music doesnt help too much either

If I were to get a vinyl copy of this, should I look for a re-issue or an original press? One of the cool things I hear about the original pressing is that they did some sort of trick to make the record skip during the wind at the end of Lunar Sea to basically make it go one forever.

yeah those represses from the early 80s were all released in asia. just saw that the recent represses were from music on vinyl in holland though.

Latimer's solo in Chord Change is the climax of existence.



Dat keyboard too, dang.



I do have an issue with Spirit of the Water though.



Prob the weakest on here, but I dig everything else. Air Born is paradise.
