Huh... Sun of Nothing is apparently the most-played song on my iPod at 57 plays. That's far too low.

Going off of what blackmilk said, the production on this album definitley pushed this into the 5 category for me. Personally the "song-based format" of Alaska was able to make the musical standout sections seem so much more apparent such as the chorus in All Bodies, the intro to Alaska, and the amazing ending section to Selkies. With such a fluid movement in this album it then becomes somewhat harder to discern the true peaks in Colors.

1. - The last 3 minutes and 18 seconds of White Walls is sheer brilliance, hopefully everyone listened through the whole thing to hear it.

2. - Viridian is an awesome addition when all too often bass parts are comparable to a rock band chart...just a continuous stream of one note strumming.

3. The blending of styles in itself must be commended. To do it without producing crap firstly is an achievement, to make them meld all together in a metal record creating an outstanding technical and musical album demonstrates the prowess they all have.
