I think Treasure's atmosphere is equally strong in various different ways, but hot damn that production and those melodies. this is as good as it gets

Yeah for sure. And it sounds corny but it really embodies the “dream” quality of dream pop. Feels like one of those dreams that has a really distinct feeling to it, but for intangible reasons that you can’t really describe. The first paragraph of this review says it well

yeah for real - this sound is so evocative in a way that (I imagine) most people can tap into quite easily & similarly, but it's so firmly dreamlike that it's hard to pin down more concretely
track 2 is bottom 2 though :[
