yeah the 7 minute version was good enough......i dont think they'll ever play the first 2 minutes ever again due to its slow build

i could be wrong but i really dont see too many more 70s tunes on future tours cause im not sure if they really WANT to downtune everything. like im sure we might still get closer to the heart or the trees or something but i dont ever see them busting out any deep cuts from that era

There is a good chance you are correct, but remember, they aim to please their fans.......but agreed, it would be extremely difficult for them to do.

well from the crowd reactions ive seen, this tour has been specifically a tour for the boys. aside from subdivisions, limelight, the analog kid, yyz, tom sawyer, spirit, and 2112, the crowds at my shows were dead

no one wanted to hear the synth era stuff (i love it though) and no one wanted to hear the new album (i love it though)

its ridiculous how people pretty much just wanna hear greatest hits 1974-1982 and nothing else

and its pretty annoying because its like, come on you idiots, have you even heard anything after 1981?

i dont get why people shell out for 100 dollar seats when they havent liked a record in 30 years

some people who go to a rush show only heard their most famous records, thats why

but i dunno if you buy tickets, especially expensive ass tickets which are priced to pay for geddy's wine and cheese collection, you should at least know most of the catalogue. and its the clockwork angels tour, of course theyre gonna play songs off of it.
