Absolutely wild finish to the deadline. Respect to Chicago for getting a weapon for Fields. The season may not be leading to playoffs, but they can at least evaluate if Justin is the right guy going forward. Claypool/Mooney isn't a bad WR1/2 combo.



Miami, with Tua under center, is the biggest threat in the AFC to Kansas and Buffalo. Division runs through the Bills until further notice, but the absolute speed of that roster, from Hill to Tua's quick release, is absurd. Not even to mention they've taken a game off Buffalo already. All the better for them to buttress their defense.



The Ridley trade is a biiiiit of a head scratcher, more weapons aren't gonna transform Lawrence into a not shite QB.



Buffalo get Hines is... okay I guess? Just another weapon on a loaded roster.



Vikes getting Hock means they're 100% in win now mode, and at 6 and 1? Who can blame them. This is a pretty sudden window of opportunity in a top heavy NFC, and they could easily ride the momentum into the playoffs. Hell, with the Pack looking lifeless and far behind on games, they're likely to win the division.

I respect the Bears getting a weapon for Fields. Claypool has flaws to his game, but maybe a change of scenery will help him.



Teams might have concerns about Hunts' age and whether or not he commands value by himself as opposed to with Chubb in the backfield. Also possible that Cleveland asked for too much.

I don't know why the Cards don't respect him as a runner. He burned them at several key moments with his legs and helped put the game away.
