he really was a gentle giant, such engaging and dynamic fills all throughout their discog. listening to this now and he sounds like an entity on the summoning. so glad this dropped last year and he got to see the absolute clusterfuck of love for this album after 20 years of nothing



and man the end of cloud city sounds like some of the most fun drums to play ever tbh just killing it

I'd say it's better than Astronaut and on par with Heavenward. I love Astronaut but I feel it doesn't get the balance between vocals and music as well as this or Heavenward
