I wish this guy would take it easier on the falsetto. Tons of good ideas on this album but the ridiculous falsetto breaks my immersion at some point on almost every track.

Five Cups is a near perfect song but those shouts are so grating. Song should just be all cleans. Maybe it's just me, but they're especially bad in the second half of the song whenever they pop up

Trapped In Dillard’s still jams, Slapstick still feels euphoric, and Gameshark still makes me want to spaz out and move all around. I do very much love this album.

Exactly! Take the title track for instance. At times it can grate on my nerves a little but when that final vocal melody comes in I'm like, "All is forgiven" haha.

I'm too easy to please so this will prob stay a 5, but when I do my year-end list it'll be on the lower side of the album's I gave a perfect score this year (it might top Florence & the Machine, which I also slightly overrated).
