This is pretty okay after giving it a few more spins and its definitely better than self titled. Man "Now" must be the worst paramore song iv ever listened to lol. But I think Brand New Eyes stands clearly as their best. Careful is the best song theyve written. Fucking emotional and driving. And anyone who dismisses riot as just pop punk should go back and jam it i think it would surprise in how good it actually is. last thought is that caught in the middle is a fucking summer jammm

The songs on this are fun and catchy and yet despite some of their more intimate lyrical ideas it almost all feels like summer fluff. which i think is a strength for this album but it just isnt gonna beat some of those really heartfelt and sincere moments from BNE and Riot
