This was another recommendation from Reidl (Blood Incantation). I really enjoyed Elvenefris and you could definitely hear its influences on Absolute Elsewhere, especially with the use of ambient synths and the interchange of aggression and melody.
This EP, so far, is tighter than dick skin. Way more dissonant than I was expecting. Then I saw Colin Marston was the bass player on the EP (and mixed and mastered the EP) and I immediately started hearing a lot of Krallice parallels throughout. Can't make out a word he's saying (I have a terrible ear for lyrics) but the concept for the EP is really interesting based off the Wiki entry.
