anyway dbm2 was jon and jonny's peak imo they both sounded great there, personally my favorite performance by jonny since everything sounded pretty cohesive and he complemented the music well. jon sounded great alongside jonny

i wouldn't say dbmII was Jonny's peak but it was the peak of synergy between members, i feel like. it just feels like there was a lot of chemistry there. Previously Poncheezied and Pounce Bounce are probably the best examples of that

their instrumentals change a LOT. as in every album they sound different. they're still crazy distinguishable but the biggest and most memorable moments ALWAYS come from the vocals imo
