How do users give a 0.0 or 0.1 or 0.5 rating? I've seen those on ratings and reviews but have never gotten that option
only staffers can rate in increments. if you write a soundoff and don't add a rating it will come up as 0.0. you have to review an album as a user to 0.5 it.
