Listened to the final two songs couple times, I only like Cold Water and Cataract, Cold Water is good while Cataract is almost good. This is probably the proggiest they have ever been, there is even a 9 minute song.
2.4/5 for me. Like I said before, the instrumentals might be great, but the vocals in most of the verses don't mesh well with it to me for the most part. Sounds mediocre with 10-15 second flashes of brilliance to me. Also should say that the tracks can grow on you, this is first impressions.

Was totally underwhelmed by the ep, I loved songs like Tidal and Harbinger but the rest are just ok. Cataract might actually be my least favorite song they've ever put out.

It grows, I still only listen to cold water and Cataracts, Harbringer is growing(that chorus bruh), I'm not feeling anything else though. Still don't see it beating the beast that is Volition nor Kezia to me.

I just feel like this album was sequenced wrong. New EP definitely has a more straight forward vibe, but we'll see, I thought I read somewhere they had an album to put out in the next year or so. Would get more of a Fortress feel if the parts weren't repeated as much and Rody took a page out of Arif's book and tried to squeeze in more lyrics.
