Yeah, nailed it. Pretty much a "valve" for your proverbial "steam". Especially fitting analogy for people who get angry easily. (which I did in the past)

Wolfhorde strikes!

Yeah, I mean writing music is a great outlet for me but I don't have the tools to do so really :/

Pleb, anybody can make electronic music on a basic laptop if you want an outlet for that. just a thought.

Yeah but its finding the programmes to do it! So many expensive options out there.

Well, see what else works for you. Sports/exercise is one of the most obvious ones that seems to work for a lot of people due to hormone regulation and blah blah blah.

Yeah I'll give it a go again, never been hugely into sport apart from football, I'm def more mentally talented than I am physically.

potsy uses samples and a free little program called audacity if you don't feel like spending the big bucks. otherwise do as a lot of other users do and acquire a copy of a random DAW via the less legal compartments of the nets (I didn't recommend this for the record ^^).

Idk, it's much more a matter of finding something you like than being talented in that area. I thought the same thing once, but that was because all the sports available here were boring - not because there wasn't something. Like, I have super imprecise coordination - not an issue with weights.

Finding something you can dig or internalizing its importance is key to long term adherence.

Well, not necessarily (some people can easily be made to believe that destructive behavior is for their "betterment") but yeah it certainly makes it a lot easier and more enjoyable.

Plebster me and you are forming a band dude.
We'll be called Steamvalve and change the world. Tour Germany and get obliterated cos they (like us) are a massive bunch of piss heads and the place rules.

Obviously you'd be involved to TG bro. There's no way we'd leave ya out and I need someone to talk bollocks to after Plebster had passed out after a whiff of the barmaids apron.

This is so rad. Wish I had checked it back when it dropped. Her voice is perfect against these dreamy, bouncy beats.
