I dont see the abusive intent, it just sounds like a teenage boy losing his virginity.

Haha lol

"I dont see the abusive intent, it just sounds like a teenage boy losing his virginity."

Pretty sure the girl in the track repeatedly ignores his signals of discomfort and takes advantage of his inexperience

If only jesse was gay and the 15 year old was a boy then all would be forgiven

Always hated this album but I guess now is as good a time as any to get around to rating it.

I don't really get how TDAG/Daisy can appeal to the same people who like this or YFW but I guess life is full of mysteries.

“Bring you back to the bar, get you out of the cold. A sober straight face gets you out of your clothes.” Creep. I used to love that song too.

Jesse’s sexual frustrations on this album are so overwhelming. And yet I’m ashamed to say that the lyrics on this album still find a way to be relatable, which is what makes this album so dangerous to me. It paints girls as these heartless whores with only a desire for sex, and if you are sold to the ideas of this album, you could end up in a bad spot. Its better to view this album as a warning, though a fist pumping one.

Me Vs. maradona is a beautifully disgusting song.

I wish I could listen to this again as 14 year old me when this was all that mattered

No music matters as much as when you're 14 so it's not just this album. I feel like half the reason I stay around here is the search for that elusive feeling that will inevitably never come because I'm a boring adult who's forgotten how to feel.

I went through that phase and now I 5 things just to pretend I still care about music. Trust me, it gets sadder.

I mean I still care but it all just washes over me. Nothing like, HITS ME like it used to.

I defo know that feeling, listening to music used to transport me entirely to a different, care free place and now I struggle to connect with new albums like I used too.

It's not as serious as it sounds and listening to music is still my main hobby, but it is a bit of a bummer. I defo just appreciate new albums in a different, less transcendent way
