It definitely is. Almost certainly. I used to really dislike to think of the concept in regards to that, I guess I loved the surface-story too much; but once you realise that, the metaphor's and lyrics in general reach a new level. Especially if you've ever gone through anything similar, Silberman is at his best here.

i think so, this is really slow burning and post-rocky. devastating af, i'm suggesting to follow the lyrics

Don't think it's instantaneous, more a grower - but the lyrics are the best bit of the album. Their entire discog is worth checking for usre
