HeadbangMastermind has spoken!

Anyways, this record is still as awesome as it was when I first listened to it.

Good Neighbor and Room Full of Eyes are classics

Awesome album by an awesome band. Widower would probably be my favorite on the album. Incorporates a small bit of everything I listen to into one awesome 6 minute song.

The beginning is fun as hell on drums. I don't have the patience to learn the rest unless someone posts a video of it though.

I'll post a highly detailed series of videos on how to play every single song from the respect issue by Emmure on drums on youtube (even if I don't play drums)

Emmure's drums are nothing compared to their BLISTERING guitar work.

True. The vocal work is pure art, as well as the theoretical complexity of their music. Low E chugs are merely a distraction to get your attention away from the true genius of these people. Beethoven? Mozart? Their knowledge of theory doesn't stand a chance against these guys. Now, don't even get started on comparing those 2 old bags to A-rab and Souljaboy's theoretical genius.

"Pass It to Arab" by Soulja Boy is more melodiously intricate than all of Beethoven's and Mozart's compositions combined.

Insurrection, if I could agree anymore with you, my head would look like this:

The second half of Good Neighbor is more fun on drums than the first half.

And dude, improvise it a little haha. I never play a song exactly as it's recorded, I try to incorporate my own style into it.

Axc1080, That is identical to my facial expression while attempting to analyze Soulja Boy's multifarious chord progressions.

Me too dude but trying to imrovise over a structure I can barely follow always ends up like this:

That's a good point actually, I usually just end up listening a song a shit-ton of times until I know it front to back, which I pretty much do with Good Neighbor now. And the second half is in 4/4 for the most part, I fill most of it haha.

Oh yeah, I mean before the punky part when the time signatures are all over the place.
