Yup. It's easily their best from the Albini albums for me along with maybe ASTNS and Sovereign. Still prefer this, Silver and maybe even Enemy.

yeah I realized after posting that Word as Law was also released in 1990 but you get what I meant. I do appreciate the first two albums and agree they are pretty underrated. but everything they've released since Souls has been amazing, even the latest two which are less appreciated here
