i think deathcore definitely had a big dip in popularity, but with bands like Aversions Crown, Enterprise Earth, Shadow of Intent, Lorna Shore, Slaughter to Prevail, etc., it seems its had a resurgence. idk if the genre is quite as popular as back in the myspace days, but it definitely hasnt died off.
