Advent or Ghost of Perdition are tied for my favorite openers of theirs even if Leper Affinity has the best outro ever, both the heavy and the clean parts.

I consider Ghost to be one of their best songs, certainly in their top 10 for me. I never got the hate for Wreath, I've always loved it mainly for those lead guitar lines a couple minutes in (not the heavy riffs, the lead high parts), some of their most dissonant and atmospheric moments
