This actually might have my favorite album artwork out of all of the Neurosis albums. Which would really be saying something considering the fact that their album art tends to be fantastic.

nah i'm pretty much with you, especially on saz. new eots art is badass, but i love the original.

i got confused with my above comment, i thought i was posting in the eots thread (often happens to me with these two records, what with both having sun in the title)

this cover is cool though too

I like that more too.

I honestly don't even know what the art on this (ASTNS) is supposed to be.

I think the song serves its purpose within its length. I know there are some people that at the time this came out and up to now that they expected things from the band that the band had no obligation of fulfilling, and that can be said through so many other examples. I enjoy this for what it is and the accompanying art, videos, and the inevitable folk influence, it just adds that much more to the project.

the vocals-only harmonies are a little grating sometimes but its a fantastic song no doubt. the build up is fantastic, as is the case with most songs here.

crawl back in is a hidden gem

get familiar with your primal side, then there should be no reason for you getting grated by it
