i know people hate the label mathcore but i think it fits perfectly with some bands

It definitely fits bands, but most of the time it still fits in the realm of metalcore but it's still a relevant term. I use it though, I mean how else can I describe TDEP. Them, Comity, The End, The #12 Looks Like You, Hybrid, and Ion Dissonance are definitely mathcore bands.

Comity - The Deus Ex machina, The End - Transfer Trachea. I sort of just pull names out of the hat when it comes to metalcore, it's my thang. Ion Dissonance(first 2 albums) and Hybrid - The 8th Plague(really overlooked) rule too.
