I like the original thought Titan, not just a sheep's 5 for this, I like these guys but are on the fringes of my taste, Have to like their originality though, at least early on

When I feel like an album is a 3.8, I give it a 4

reading about how they recorded parts of this album blows my mind, i couldnt even begin to think about performing under a hallow staircase to get a very specific cadence for a track

"The group made extensive use of the different rooms and acoustics throughout the house. The vocals on "Exit Music (For a Film)" featured an echo effect achieved by recording on a stone staircase, and "Let Down" was recorded at 3 A.M. in a ballroom."

it helped add more power to the sound thanks to the acoustics of the rooms and also helped the band get into a moe relaxed mentality since they didnt have deadlines nor did they have to record stuff separately or steady in a studio.

I remember the stories that the house was haunted. Ghostly apparitions, weird sounds picked up on the recording desks and what have you.

This album is amazing, but Hemispheres, Moving Pictures, and (maybe) 2112 beat this into oblivion.
