can't tell if he's ragging on you for calling a Rush album "great" or because you didn't jizz on it hard enough

either way, how dare you talk about Radiohead, under those circumstances!!!

For some reason, I can never get into "The Tourist". It's probably what keeps this from being a five for me which is unfortunate

greyshadow, I totally was on your boat for some time when I initially listened to the album but then I thought, maybe this album ends on an infinite loop. By that I mean, the last lyric on The Tourist is "hey man slow down", and Airbag is about, you know, getting into a car crash and surviving it.

That made me appreciate The Tourist more in many ways, not sure if that was intentionally done though but even if it wasn't, it's a pretty sweet coincidence.

That's a really cool thought. I'll keep that in mind.

Whenever I hear it, I go into it wanting to like it more but it just doesn't work out for me.

Haha yeah, it's definitely not the best track on it, but I do like the place of it on the album. It's a very fitting end to such a wonderful piece of work.

The metaphorical car crash we were all heading for in the 90s bore fruit. We are currently trapped in the wreckage.

The Tourist is in the top half here, a classic tune, I don't know what everyone's issue is with it. The "slow down" is speaking to everyone. Yorke is calling out to people in this world where everything happens incredibly fast. Slow down, or you'll be needing an airbag to save your life, and you'll enter that deep, deep sleep of the innocent. Honestly, do you even know where the hell you're going?
