I'd say I agree, but Ozzy-era is still superior overall.

"id say this + mob rules is better than sabatage and vol 4"
For me Sabotage and Vol. 4 will always be far superior to this and Mob Rules. I mean why would I want to listen to Sabbath doing NOWBHM when I can listen the real Sabbath?

Cause sometimes the "real" Sabbath isn't that good (Vol. 4)

But Vo. 4 is that good and it's way better and more interesting than this...

Sorry dude but nah

Sorry but no technically superior vocals will ever make up for the lack of most of what I love about Sabbath.
|

this album still rules though

i understand where Jamie is coming from.....it would be better if this era was considered Heaven And Hell back then too
with that, this album is incredible

I get this lacks the core identity that makes up early Sabbath, but this album still stands out in sheer terms of quality even if it lacks in individuality. It sounds energized and youthful, if not wholly original.
Plus, it's got t/t.
