The more I talk about it the more compelled I am to bump it down honestly lol. This was a disappointment, but not even close to Ascariasis' comeback album. That was an incredible misfire on all fronts.

Yeah, there is a decent amount of 3.0s and lower in the thread. It's natural: whenever a release garners hype it inevitably gains traction across the site, which brings in a crowd of people that end up not enjoying it as much and push back against the excitement.



Same goes for when an album gets hate early on, with users who liked it standing up. Just a tug of war; when a majority opinion seems overwhelming, dissenters feel a need to justify themselves. Which isn't wrong/bad, just a consequence.

Or maybe people are approaching this wrongly...expecting full bangers, but for me is just a really chilling experience with a great broad amount of influences, played super smoothly.
