I honestly don't think we've described this album hyperbolically, it really is that good
even when it's not life-affirming for me, the lyrics and songwriting and performances by everyone in the band are all just incredible
I'm almost afraid for them to write anything else because I don't know how they match this, or even come close

yeah I don't think it's hyperbolic in the sense that this record just feels super intimate -- it's pretty easy to draw a lot of personal meaning from
it really is wild it's been two years.

I'm not complaining, neek. But how can one forget something that is memorable?

Album Rating: 4.5
Because I don't come back to this a lot, then when I do I realize that I know all the songs
|
| |
so it's not memorable until you remember it? lol

The Fire Goes Out and Deepest Sighs are two of the best songs of 2017.

Deepest sighs is quite good

They coulda cut this off after The Heart is the Muscle, the arc would be intact and the album would be slimmer and better for it
