You guys were confused about what I meant, just how one album is a bunch of individual songs (Homo/Third) and another is a collective greatness (Vespertine/Dummy).

Still yet to listen to anything by Bjork. Which one is an easier listen?

I'd recommend starting with Debut and going chronologically. But starting with this isn't wrong either.

Cool, just gotta find the time to ease on Voivod. Been jamming them for four days or so

Honestly both 'Homogenic' and 'Vespertine' are on the very digestible side of experimental. You really can't go wrong. I'd say start with 'Homogenic' as it is a little more iconic/watershed.
Her most "accessible" stuff is on 'Debut' and 'Post,' though, but those are significantly more straightforward pop, far less arty and experimental than anything after them (esp. 'Debut'), but both still really good.

Her evolution and constant self-reinvention is a beautiful thing to witness chronologically. If you're interested in artistic evolutions like that (like I am), it's the best way. But yeah, this one is very instant either way, so it works just as well.

Debut then chronological (2)
Not always a die-hard advocate of this method, but with Bjork it makes a ton of sense. Her evolution is interesting, her more accessible works are towards the beginning and some are arguably better than what followed.

go chronological, her first four albums all rule and the first two are v. accessible pop, can't go wrong tbh
all bjork albums are very different tho, so if you don't like one you might end up liking the next one lol

Unravel is cool but it just floats along kinda. Hunter is like Bolero on ecstasy
