As much as I love the band, I have to agree. Especially on albums like City of Evil and The Stage where his vox are partiulcarly rough

fred durst's vocals are immaculate

avenged sevenman's vocals sound like how the residue left on my frying pan after cooking breakfast feels

but cleanup was easier for this album

I've always had a bit of a soft spot for that album. It's sloppy and unrefined as hell, but that's also the fun of it; the lack of polish is part of the charm, and it really gives off that fun garage band feel
