It is certainly a plant of some sort.
Loving it more with each listen budgie, the vocals are so catchy and memorable. Production is absolutely flawless. Also those wispy, high pitched guitar leads are very lush and pretty.

yess i was very scared they were going to go with a squeaky clean modern metal mix like most recent heretoir and alcest albums but this mix sounds perfect, drumming and guitar tone top notch
vocals are a little forward but doesn't really set me off

newer alcest production doesn't bother me that much but man heretoir really let me down with their production on the circle. i hope they can turn it around, i loved existenz and the self-titled.
new lantlos sounds great so far.

Yes fully agree RE mix/production! It's always scary to hear whether a band gets the Nuclear Blast treatment or not, but they've escaped it once more it seems! Must dig in a little deeper still but I liked it on first listen.
