I still say Bad Omens did this sound a lot better tho

I liked Bad Omens but haven't had the urge to revisit it in awhile.

This is an improvement on the record before this, but the record they delivered after this..That's the Spirit, is their best work to date.

I honestly cannot understand how anyone thinks That's the spirit is better than this. Half of that's the spirit is literally unlistenable.. GIMME AN H GIMME AN A GIMME A P.. seriously? The other half has some good tunes on it thought.
And fry screaming is the only type of screaming I typically enjoy. At least when it's used for 80+% of the vocals.
Steak you can say Bad Omens did it better (i disagree but I digress).. Bad Omens literally doesn't even exist without this album tbh.

Bad Omens has far superior vocals and the tracklist is more consistent but nothing on that album even touches Can You Feel My Heart, Sleepwalking, or Hospital for Souls.

Any one know any bands that almost exclusively make songs that sound like Can You Feel My Heart and Sleepwalking?

Most I can rec you is Bad Omens. Maybe check the highest rated trancecore albums on RYM?
Genghis Tron’s album Boarding Up the House is super electronic mathcore (ignore its cyber grind label, doesn’t really sound like it) too for something like this but more progressive and aggressive.

Where did I say that Bad Omens started the sound at all? I literally just said that Bad Omens does this better

You really think that album is better than Sempi? That's an opinion I literally cannot begin to understand. There's a couple of bangers like Glass Houses but most of it comes off entirely uninspired.
It's like they listened to Sempi but didn't realize what made this album so good. The atmosphere and the tone in Bad Omens is completely off. The post-metal influences in Sempi that make it so great are completely missing and without it all Bad Omens has left is pointless chugging.

Bad Omens is more vicious when it needs to be, the softer tracks sound genuine and are creative, and Noah is a much better vocalist than Oli currently
This is good but like I said, Bad Omens did it better to me

There is a Hell... is better than this album as a whole tbh, way more consistent and doesn't fall off a cliff at the end

this only really falls off a cliff at track 9, and it climbs back up for the closer
