It does. I really don't care much for Vacant Mouth, A Divine Eradication, and In Completion, although these seem to be among the more popular tracks?

What the hell? Those are some of the best tracks on the album. That's why they're popular.

Great Review! I respect how you did not analyze musical technicalities, for this album should be listened to as one driven sound of great musicianship.

Paper Lung and In Completion are still good.

Listened to this again recently and it's still good. I might give Define the Great Line a shot sometime.

Honestly can't speculate if you'd like it.

I've tried and failed to get into this band several times. But I liked this almost instantly. What put me off of their other stuff is the whiny cleans. Still, if everyone keeps saying it's their best I figure I need to at least give it a shot.

I've never thought they were really whiny (except from a few songs). Define has their best songs, though. To Whom it May Concern and Returning Empty Handed come to mind

It was more that the transition between those and the harsh ones just sounded awkward to me. I may have mostly heard stuff from They're Only Chasing Safety, though.

Yeah, that album is more "screamo" (if I may use the mainstream meaning of the word.
