Medicine is obviously an interlude of sorts and nothing more than a change of mood. Yeah New Day actually might be my favourite Vool track.

iiiii looooooove thiiiiis alllllllbum. definitely has the same feel as lateralus or aenima...just a heavy weight to it and a massive scope. can't wait for more.

Kenny's pipes are fine live. Haven't seen him make a mistake once. There's two vool sets on moshcam, the first one is really cool cos it has a lot of the Sound Awake tracks in their early versions - like Goliath when it was 7 minutes long and All I Know when it was completely different.
David, apparently we are digging the same album. Tis pretty damn good.

i'm hoping karnivool doesn't decide to follow the release format of tool. every 5 years or so seems like too much of a wait.
but at the same time, if it takes 5 years to make it perfect, i'm not as bothered.
