I really like the lyric direction that eminem takes on this record, I think he’s much better when he’s in this vibe of worshiping serial killers, and dark things.

With the last track of MTBMB's b-sides collection, I wonder if one day he would return to this horrocore vibe, mixing the complexity of flow and bars he's been using lately. The chance is minimal, but revisiting the relapse is always a good thing, except for tracks 9 and 18.

We Made You is the worst but Crack A Bottle slaps

This album is so criminally underrated lol.

Bagpipes, Same Song & Dance, Medicine Ball, Deja Vu, Old Time's Sake, Crack a Bottle are all fucking classic.

The fact that there is an Eminem album worse than this is absolutely gobsmackingly unbelievable.

I disagree immensely. Kamikaze, Revival are the worst, Encore and Infinite are disappointing, but this is some surprisingly brilliant and smooth Slim comedy without as much angst. And it gets better the more you listen to it.

There are people right now who think that Recovery is better than this. Fucking lol.

I once thought that too. My original review for Recovery was glowing, but I realized I hadn't really listened to each record enough and was only going off initial reactions and the first few weeks of listens.

This is superior in every way, the beats, the production, the flow, the humor, and there is some real experimentation as he is actually singing a lot of the choruses. And his accent covers up the age in his voice, surprisingly.

Recovery is just a "throwaway" radio play album for new listeners, it's sterile af and most of the choruses are just other singers.

This is def better than recovery but i’d still say recovery isn’t that bad. The non-radio tracks like seduction, cold wind blows, 25 to life etc are pretty good.
