justifying troll ratings for HT, Meteora and THP should be illegal
There you go again.
Anyway my low Linkin Park ratings are not troll ratings, though to be fair the only reason I've heard any of their albums in full is because my brother likes them, normally I don't seek out stuff I know I won't like.
Also, learn how to quote btw pleb :-P

Well, is clear that you don't know much about nirvana and kurt, he was a really radical and annoying left wing activist, in many of the interviews is clear that he was one of those guys that said -oh, you are white male and you are the worst shithead ever, fuck rock because is so culturally white and sexist- I mean c'mon, is ok to ask for justice and equality for afro american people, women and other minorites but his activism reminds the social justice shit promoted by anita sarkeesian or rose mcgown. He even loved to pick up fights with many people due to non existent microaggresions or due to the fact or due to the fact that they belonged to the glam metal scene even if they agree with him in certain points of view. He was so radical in that aspect that many people stopped to talk to him and most of his friends were girls in riot grrrl scene. Needless to say Nirvana was a very good band, specially songs like dumb, heart shaped box, lithum, breed, something in the way and all apologies are pure gold

Well boney is just a generic hipster that is upset because is probable that even the hipster critics are been forced to revisit HT and rate it with the highest score possible due to chester's death, but his case is not as bad as somegues., The humanity shouldn't tolerate a fuckin reggaeton fan insulting linkin park's music, besides that filthy piece of shit talked shit about old school opeth's music, he should be fuckin executed in texas or in guantanamo bay

I can see why people would assume Linkin Park would be the 'new Nirvana,' but I wouldn't say they are comparable in most regards. Sure both Kurt and Chester died of a suicide, but neither had the same impact afterwards. Kurt Cobain died when Nirvana reached their prime. At that time, Nirvana was going to headline Lollapalooza, which was a *huge* feat for a band like Nirvana, who was notorious for pissing off booking agents and television executives. Nirvana also had a lot to prove at this stage because many never perceived Nirvana to be a band noteworthy. Although they pioneered grunge into the mainstream, the general public continued to view it solely as a fad and not something serious.
Linkin Park pushed nu-metal into the mainstream head-first. Their diverse range, marketability, and unique style spoke to the mainstream in a way that the likes of Slipknot and KoRn couldn't. Linkin Park proved themselves by mixing different formulas into nu-metal before departing from the sound in the 2010's (or Minutes to Midnight, but that is debatable). At this point in time, Linkin Park had nothing else to prove and established themselves as a national act. They were noted as the biggest rockband in the world several times in the past few years and has an international fanbase similar to that of Metallica. For a nu-metal band, that is something extraordinary.
When comparing the legacy of people like Chester Bennington and Kurt Cobain, there isn't much there. Kurt Cobain wanted to remain in an underground setting, but couldn't help the fact people simply liked him. Chester aimed to reach a broad audience and spread his message. Its hard to place Chester in the likes of Kurt Cobain and Elliott Smith who are notorious legends of underground music. Chester more or less had a larger impact than Nirvana by capitalizing on nu-metal as the new niche.

Nope, besides this is the time when LP detractors should FOAD, in fact those inferior lifeforms should be sent to a fuckin concentration camp in Siberia

Verm chill the fuck out.

Guys Verm just came to my house, attached me, threw a bag over my head and drove me away. I think he knocked me out or drugged me because I woke up and now it's freezing cold and there are a bunch of people yelling out, "Heil Chester!"

King, you should be happy. That's your invitation to the Chester Bennington vigil. We erect a statue of Chester, light some candles, sing 10 of their songs, and burn the statue afterwards. We then fly to Chicago and scatter the ashes in Lincoln Park while playing their entire discography.

stuck on whether numb is a better closer than pushing me away. i feel the former is just so genuine and vulnerable while pushing me away kinda seals the album off better, not leaving me wanting more, like with numb.
